    Morning fellow warriors!

Looks like some good & bad days yesterday, but we gotta just keep on keeping on! :drinker:

Ran 4 miles last night (legs are sore, but in a good way) and am down 6 pounds since we started this.

Here's to our best day yet! :flowerforyou:

I worked out for a total to 2 hours yesterday, too (1 hour cardio, 1 hour strength training). :ohwell: I think I'm pushing so hard (and maybe Soupy & Kellch, too) b/c we're SO close to our goals now, kwim? Perhaps there is our problem. LOL

EXACTLY! I think you are right! It's like almost being there at the finish line.....you're in the lead.....you see the end in sight and so you push harder and harder to get there.

I am so thankful for my Polar F6, though, because I know exactly what my deficits are.

Can i borrow it? PLLLeeeeaaaase?! :flowerforyou:  I told dh that if I didn't hit my 150 goal by VDay, I was going to buy one b/c it is annoying the junk out of me guessing! He informed me that I'm still breastfeeding, so for the next 3 months, I'm going to be guessing anyways. Eh:grumble: Sometimes he uses his brain.

Jot that one down in the history books!

Stupid Stubborn last few lbs :grumble: The thing is though, I think I may have to add to my original goal once I reach it. I just don't think I'm where I wanna be yet. Too much flab still there:frown:

But one goal at a time, right? :drinker:

    ME TOO!!!

Everytime I reach my goal I think "I could go for another ten."

I think this is the same flab that keeps moving around and playing cruel tricks on me.:indifferent:

I knew my flab was capable of that! HA! Someone else agrees with me! My flab never used to be on my stomach. 3 kids later, SMACK. My legs look decent right now, though. LOL

    HA! So true.

    Dear Diary,

Today, my husband actually out-thunk me...out-thinked me...Well, anyways, he was smarter than me today.

That should cover the late night binge I had last night.
I looked like I was in my third trimester this morning.
Needless to say I got my *kitten* on the treadmill this morning.
This has been my first real cravings since I started and I swear I could
eat my desk and all its contents.:grumble:

I could molest a buffet today

Get back to work MR! wifeteeny.gif (workin out that is)

    WTG on the treadmill...:flowerforyou:

Thanx Kellch. I have had no cravings since I started but they just came out of no where last night and I guess I was not ready. I am having major carb cravings. Could this mean anything besides a junk food addict. Trying to drown those cravings with water.

I'm a recovering carb addict, before. Maybe a little bit of whole wheat pasta would curb the craving?

Sounds good I'll have that, the fork, the plate, and the table it sets on.

Don't eat the fork. That might not digest well.

The table would be a good source of fiber.

I love carbs. But, I don't want to throw away all of the work I've put into this. When I get a craving (if I don't have the calories for it) I simply go look at my flabby belly in the mirror before I make the decision to eat it. Usually I won't eat it because I know I still have so much more work to do. But then again, I've definately had my slip ups :embarassed: I just try to add a little to my workout or make sure I jump back on it again. Try chewing gum. Eat some fruit. Fruit has carbs but at least it has nutrition too. :flowerforyou: And sometimes, I literally have to talk myself out of it or get up and go for a walk outside to get away from the temptations. You can do this B4:smooched: :flowerforyou:

Make sure it is real wood, though. I'd hate for you to eat some kind of artifically made table. That's just empty calories at that point.

Went online & started looking at some runs I'd like to do. My first one will be 3/15 and it's a 7k. Not a lot of time to train. :embarassed:
