Morning! I posted this in the other thread. Yesterday I worked out for 1hr 15 min. Based on my HRM I burned 700 calories. (15 min elliptical and 60min cardio class) I had a terrible day at work and snacked quite a bit and pretty much needed to burn that many calories to balance things off. I'm giving it a try. I just started with the site last Friday so I'm using that as my starting point. I always have a hard time figuring out how many calories I should use since I workout quite a bit. I'm finding it much easier these days using the tools on this site.

Just wondering..... When you enter all of your food for the day, on the"home" tab...just under your daily summary there is a button you can click on that says Complete Today's entry If you do it says "If every day were like today... You'd weigh XXX.X lbs in 5 weeks. I wonder how accurate that is? What's your take on that?

I'm in. Like others I'm not saying what I currently weight but my goal is to lose 5lbs by 2/14. I'm going to track every lick, bite and taste. Increase veggies, decrease breads.

There is a new show starting tonight at 10pm Eastern on Lifetime about a group of friends wanted to lose weight. I'm going to watch that tonight too.

Same here. I really enjoy the show even though their weight loss isn't typical. I watched season 3 recently on Bravo and people lost 100 lbs in 3 months. It would be nice to concentrate on nutrition and exercise with no life distractions.

I renewed my WW membership for 1 month 2 days before finding this site. I plan on canceling at the end of this month. I too find this site much easier to use. *waves to Lisa and Pepper*
