Fantastic Job!!! I have noticed not many people commenting on my weight loss also but trying to not get to offended. By commenting on loss maybe they feel like they are indicating you were overweight before & not wanting to offend. Know you have done wonderful, IT IS noticable & they are all thinking it, just maybe not…

Thanks so much Hannah, I just looked back thru my diary for past days & noticed pasta & potatoes where fairly high in calorie & low in protein. I guess I need to make some adjustments in what I've been doing but it shouldn't be hard I LOVE PASTA!!!

I have been on MFP for about 3 weeks & have been losing weight but I am consistently under my calories, expecially when I have exercise calories, but am always at or over on my protein. If anyone knows how I can increase my calorie intake without increasing my protein please let me know.
