Just completed week 1. Hooray! And then I went and mowed the lawn and raked and cut bushes and cleaned yard debris. Will have to crash and burn in a few. Hope I make it to next week.

Is there a way to leave them both at home? I leave my 3 year old at home and get up at 6 am and make that MY hour of the day. He stays home with the family and I know there's no way he's getting up at 6AM.

i use natrade total soy from sam's club. it's $20 bucks for 22 serving. i blend with a fruit and it keeps the hunger cravings at bay until about 11

Today was a good day. Did a 5k walk/run. Cheated and had some of my baby's leftover oatmeal, two bananas after the race and cheddar cheese in my salad at lunch. I'm okay with it though considering the day I had.

I'm on my phone so I can't post two much. Just had spinach and tilapia filet it was yummy with some butter/canola oil spread and red vinegar. hi Lelah, i can relate to having issues with food. i'm lactose intolerant and have been for a long time. ive found though that certain dairy products are okay. for example, cheddar cheese has no lactose and i can eat it but forget any other cheese. i can do yogurt but not ice cream. i can't drink regular milk just lactaid.…

Good luck tomorrow everyone. I'm going to try to get up at 5:30 am tomorrow to get my walk in. my job has yoga tomorrow evening so I'll try to do that instead of pilates.

Thanks Steph, I didn't know about the watermelon either. I may need to do some additional reading of cycle one. i was trying to avoid ask the tempting food at my sisters house and settled on a slice to keep the hunger at bay. I did go to the farmers market though and ended up getting the allowed fruits and veggies.

I ate one and three quarters banana not even realizing I can't have those yet so yeah I was unconsciously bad. I did however manage to avoid the nutella at my moms house. You're gonna have to . burn off that cookie somehow
