I cut up celery and carrots and take them with me to work. I am not really big on the carrots, but i can eat them. This keeps me from grabbing chips and cookies throughout the day. I thinks veggies can be good if you season them RIGHT.

I feel like I am doing OK, i eat my 1200 calories a day and i am exercising at least 4 days a week, is it normal for me to only loose 1-2 pounds a week. Is it OK for me to have chips an other snacks from time to time if it is within my 1200 calories? HELP!!!!
