Hola! I'm 5'4" started out at 167 and currently at 161. My goal is to get down to 140-145 (maybe 135 depending on how I feel/like being @140/145).

I use to do this and it would drive me crazy because I felt like I wasn't giving it my all if I didn't see any change. Now I've decided I will only do it monthly and just go from there. My next weigh in will be after the new year.

I just started and I've had a couple slices of pizza and wings. I'm not going to beat myself up about it because I know this is a lifestyle change so it will take some time. Weight loss is a work in progress, no need to feel bad about it.
