I feel like my tummy has gotten down to a certain point and will not budge anymore. I do cardio, strength training and I eat clean.

Another 5'4" I'm currently 134 lbs and would like to get down to 128 lbs. I have a lot of people telling me I'm fine where I am, but I'm apple shaped so the last bit of fat is hanging around my midsection. I'm trying my hardest to blast that fat. Currently eating around 1450 - 1700 a day (depending on my ST). I hate cardio…

I love Naked Pizza. I'm not sure if they are in your area, they do promote "healthy" pizza. They even offer a gluten free thin crust as well.

Mine are Pizza, Chocolate Chip Cookies (sweets really), Buttered Bread/Toast ( I haven't had this in a long time), Buffalo Wings and French Fries.

That's awesome! I had my ah ha! moment yesterday when trying on clothes for a party and nothing would fit around my waist and my top was loose fitting.

You totally can do it! I've completed week 3 and will be moving on to week 4 on Sunday. Plus, I'm doing 30DS and I never thought I would be the type to want to get into jogging/running, but I LOVE IT! I always look forward to getting home to do the program. I've noticed my tummy is starting to slim a bit.

May I ask what type of exercising are you doing? I've lost 11 lbs so far, but I don't see much of a difference in my belly. :-( I did need to see this for motivation to keep going.....thank you! :smile:

I'm a mommy of 2 myself and I'm doing Insanity right now. So far, I've seen a little improvement so far. I'm hoping by the time I'm done my tummy will have gone down a bit.

Right now, I'm trying to get to 140 and see how I feel. If I want to lose more, I would like to get down to 125/130.
