After gaining more weight since I started (in January) I finally lost a pound!!! I found out that I was starving myself. Fabulous!!! Today I did 40 minutes on the treadmill combo walking and running. Hope it helps me too!

Today I ran 1 minute walked 1 minute for 30 minutes and did 10 minutes on an incline. It's a start!!!

I just started "running" this weekend. I ran for 2 minutes and walked for 1 and repeated 5 times. I was hoping for 10 repeats but I got worn out and walked the rest of the time. My doctor suggested it and when I looked at the side effects I declined. My mother-in-law takes it and has lost zero pounds! Plus...she had an evil discharge until her body adjusted to it.

I'm with you beachy...I have had a personal trainer since December and no loss. I gained 20 pounds this year and 5 in a week! I am going to a dietician in a few weeks (the soonest I could get in) and am hoping for some answers.
