I'm finding that even when I don't feel like working out once I am there I get going and put in my hour!

I need a new scale. I weighed myself this a.m. & was the same but when I weighed in at work (Weigh In Wednesday) I lost a pound! Hopefully my scale will register it for Slim By Summer Weigh In Day! Did 45 minutes on the treadmill & 15 minutes of strength training.

Hows did I possibly gain 2 lbs this weekend? I certainly did NOT eat 7000 extra calories! My guess is salt but I did drink my water. I guess I'l hit the gym today....

The whole thing is nutty. I saw a doctor on Today who said she should ahve had major counseling before anything was done and a reputable fertility clinic would have done IV as a last resport - not this quickly. I see a lawsuit coming..."Why didn't you let me do this???"

I agree, f it it's a new day. One day of going over will not make a huge difference and I read that you should go over sometimes to keep your metabolism going. PLUS 350 cals is not the end of the world!

I rarely get my exercise calories but I do try. Don't go below your 1220! I could not lose weight until I ate the minimum.

I thought I was eating about 1200 calories a day and the school nurse told me if I am not losing weight I must be eating less.
