  • You count 5 grams of Digestible carbs because Dreamsfield is made using a non-digestible fiber called inulin. Since inulin can not be digested, you don't count those carbs, only the 5 grams of carbs has an impact on your blood sugar, which should not impact it much at all. Hope that helps.
