That is the flavor I bought too, in the Sabra brand. I almost ate the whole container in one sitting with a huge plate of broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, cucumber slices, and handful of baby carrots.

I bought a Lindt 90 tonight on my way home from work................ It is so rich and bitter, 1 little square is all I needed to satisfy my craving and it was 8 grams of carbs with 3 fiber..............so only 5 grams of effective carbs.

Actually there is debate on the natural occurring saturated fats (animal fats). Saturated fats are not as "unhealthy" as previously thought. Actually, coconut oil is the healthiest oil in the world.................. I use olive oil, hemp oil and mostly coconut oil.............. Google coconut oil, healthiest oil in the world............it is the lowest calorie fat also.

My hubby thinks I am the only one to do such a crazy thing!!! Wait til he reads this........... I used to drink the pickle juice when I was a kid too........... And talk about tangy, I used to put yellow mustard on my dill pickles...........YUMMO!!! Making my mouth water just thinking about it.

I do the same thing too............... I also buy the bread and butter pickles that are made with splenda.........one of the few things that I actually use that has splenda in it.

These are anything BUT healthy................... Sugar, corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils (trans fats, which are the most dangerous fats to eat in any quantity). Anything that has to be fortified with nutrients is not nutritional in the first place............

Yep, you are correct................ Food manufacturers, and the government are getting more creative of keeping the bad stuff on everyone's grocery list........... That is why if it doesn't come from the earth or have a mother, I no longer eat it. so anything I put in my mouth has to be grown.

I am built the same way, but I do have a lot to lose on top of the muscle mass............ Pilates and Yoga create lengthening and toning of the muscles, so it will tone and slim you................. I am finding Pilates works fantastically!!!
