I am a Zumba instructor and I use a heart rate monitor, but you can go to Zumbatotalparty.com to calculate calories burned or go the MFP exercise options and look up Zumba.

EAS carb control protein shakes 100 calories. They are really good!

You can add Zumba through Dance general, or if you wear a heart rate monitor, you can create your own exercise ????

I'm a Zumba lover and instructor, so I hear & see success stories all the time. The more you go, the better you'll get, and the more you'll shake. Lol you can burn anywhere from 500-1000 calories, and have fun the whole time ????. Keep it up and Enjoy!

It's worth it, I'm a Zumba instructor and there is a high demand, plus you get paid to workout. It's amazing. I am a full time high school teacher, so I teach Zumba in the evening for fun. You'll get you're investment back, plus it's a tax write off. Good luck!

Feel free to add me, I keep my friends list pretty manageable so that I am able to support my pals and get the same support along the way. I just completed my 1 year on MFP. I am here to support! Best of luck with your goals :)

I am a Zumba instructor and I always tell my students to either log arobics or general dance for calories burned or you can go to this website and it will estimate your burn based on your weight & age---http://caloriesburnedhq.com/zumba-calories-burned/ Hope that helps :-)

I actually live in California, so there are Walmarts everywhere. Lol. My doctor did mention that he would be giving me something for the nausea, so hopefully it works. If not, I…

Thank you so much for your input, I start the treatment next Thursday, I guess everyone reacts differently. I have heard that nausea is very common though, so I'm not sure if I should even eat before I go, or wait and see how I feel after??? Yours definitely sounds like it was more intense. Thanks again, I hope you are…

My name is Natalie, I was diagnosed with Lupus 9 years ago. My prenancy triggered the Lupus and that was the first time I had ever heard about Lupus. I was literally dying in the hospital, so they had to deliver my daughter at 27 weeks. She was only 1 lb. 11 ounces. She was my miracle baby. She is 9 now and she is very…

I was diagnosed with Lupus 9 years ago, and recently I have had several flare ups. I have been on prednisone for 9 years; it does suck. It makes it harder to lose weight, and we have to put forth the extra effort no matter how we feel. I am blessed though that I am able to be so active. I teach high school and I also teach…
