  • I'm a work in progress, and it's been super slow going, but the pic on the left is around 240 and the pic on the right is 207. Idk if you can really tell the difference in these pictures, but if you look at my arms there's a definite difference.

  • I'm in. I generally weigh on Saturday, or Sunday, so i'll give you weight lost from last time I weighed myself (this past Sunday) to the Tuesday coming up. I'm also on the Xmas challenge, but I was waylaid during the first week, just got back into the groove.

  • I had some health problems and couldn't exercise right after i signed up for this challenege, but I went to the gym today and I've lost 1.4 pounds. It's a step in the right direction. Yaay! Looking forward to even greater success.

  • I agree with this. Fasting as a weight loss method is not safe and shouldn't be done. I've heard that fasting for a day or, at most two, can be good as a cleansing technique.
