avoid any bad carbs and avoid as much refined sugar as you can. cardio. tummy excersizes. i had two c-sections- no pooch now. it isn't easy! good luck :)

do maybe 20-30 minutes of cardio several times a week, and strength train 3-5 days a week. the last time I weighed what i do now i was 2 sizes bigger.

yess it depends on how old your child is...but also, when your child is eating lunch or out to recess his teacher is eating planning, and copying...who is supposed to supervise your child?

homemade museli is your best bet. store bought cereals that are processed will turn into sugar in your body.

try to be conscious of how good it feels after you've worked out- and how much better you feel after you've fueled your body with healthy food. do a cheat every week- and actually enjoy how good it tastes!!! be healthy, if not for you- for your family :)
