  • Asics come highly recommended, but I wasnt ready to shell out the money for them. I got a pair of Dr. Scholls athletic inserts to absorb some of the shock and support my arches instead. That plus some good stretches I found for shins on coolrunning really helped!

  • So, week 2 isn't as fun as week 1 was for me. The app crashed half way through the workout and when I tried to pick up from where I left off, the timer started from the warm up.   • Finished out week 1 strong! I think controlling my breathing helped a lot today. I start week 2 on Monday. Here's to getting through 90 seconds of jogging!
