  • You are AWESOME!!!
  • Start eating all of your exercise calories for the next two weeks. Your body may be in starvation mode because of how many calories your burning while exercising. A lot of people have results once they start eating all or most of those extra calories. :)
  • For me it's completely a texture thing. I stopped eating all forms of meat, fish and poultry when I was 5 by my choice...I'm 34 now and I physically can't eat it. I've tried and I can't even chew meat without gagging...I'm sure it's a mental block thing but I have no desire to ever eat it. That being said, I'm not a PETA…
  • I started tonight....jumping jacks were brutal!
  • I'm down 72 lbs since April, and I have a friend who's lost 115+ since December. To be completely honest, the plan is great to shed weight quickly if you're really obese like I was (252lbs at 5'2") or have a medical condition (I was on the verge of Type II Diabetes), but it gets old quickly. After 7+ months on the plan I'm…
  • I just started a few weeks ago and I do it barefoot at home, and in socks at my class. Much easier to move in my opinion!

I haven't eaten them often, but the few times I have I've only eaten the really skinny ones. Otherwise you can always steam the carrots. For right…
  • I must be weird because I really like the Medifast food...and I know a lot of people hate it. I'll admit that I do think about cheating, but it's not as bad as I thought it would be and I don't think about it constantly either. My thought is that someday the foods I'm craving (chips and salsa) will eventually be allowed in…
  • Honestly, I would only do it if you feel that you have no other choice, and I'd go with Medifast over Optifast, but that's just my opinion. I chose to go with Medifast after seeing a girlfriend lose a large amount of weight, but the biggest reason I chose the program was to break my sugar addiction (as my husband…
  • QUOTE: QUOTE: Not too big of a deal, but I was very short with my wife, then when I hung up, I threw the phone down the hallway, screaming the entire time. Not to sound critical, but if this was your way to handle a very small stress in life, you might need to work on anger management more than dieting right now. That's…
  • Sweet! I've lost an air conditioner!!
