Wright Socks!! They are a double layer sock, and have saved me from blisters during long runs.

I have a goal of 80 miles. I have a long fun race Saturday and then am starting marathon trail training next week.

It really depends on your body composition. I'm just under 5'2" and weigh about 170, currently I'm in a size 8-10 with about an 85 lb weight loss. I run and lift heavy weights several times a week, so I'm a lot leaner than I should be for my weight.

I work out a lot and chose to keep my setting as sedentary, so that I know exactly how many exercise calories I can eat back. I don't eat them all back, but some days I do. For me it's just a preference so that I can be extra aware of what I'm eating vs. burning.

Vegetarian here, for 32 years! I was apparently a very determined 5 year old when I stopped eating meat. :)

I have PCOS and have been on Metformin for years. CICO did not work for me, while on the medication, and I gained weight while eating within my calorie range and working out. Even when varying the amount of exercise calories back or not eating them at all. I measure my food and don't eat junk either. When I eat low carb I…

Definitely try mason jars. That way you're not eating potentially leached plastic when you heat up your food. You won't stain them, they don't leak and it's pretty hard to break them.

It honestly sounds like you aren't eating enough. You want a minimum of 1200 NET calories in a day...if you're only eating 1500 to 1700 and exercising an hour a day, your body is hungry. I see a lot of days where you're either under 1000 net or barely over. That could definitely be your problem.

Mine has to be disconnected and then resynced every.single.day. Freaking annoying.

I've had the same syncing issues for two weeks with an iPhone 5. :/

To give you some perspective, I don't run often but when I do it's at a pace that most people can walk at. My legs are super short, so 4mph on a treadmill is full out running for me...3.5 is the absolute max I can do at a fast walk and normally at that point I'm jogging. I don't compare myself to others, because I'm not…

I was 24 and was driving to work when our local radio station, KQRS, started talking about the first plane hitting. Then they started yelling that the second plane had hit. The host immediately said it was a terrorist attack and said Bin Laden had to be behind it...sadly he was right. I spent the entire day refreshing…

Honestly it sounds like your sister is jealous of your success and ambition. You want to work out early so you can get home earlier to spend more time with your child during a period of the day where he'd normally be awake...that's not selfish. You want to be healthy and strong for him...that's not selfish either. Frankly…

I had issues with my ribs coming out of place, and back alignment issues that caused the rib problem. My Chiropractor saved my sanity and body from horrible pain, and he didn't try to "con" me into a million sessions. He fixed the problem over two weeks and I don't haven't had problems since.

I've always had great luck with Biosilk Silk therapy. Seriously, I've been using it since high school and my hair is almost always shiny and smooth and I have that horrible teenager hair still into my 30's. This stuff is amazing, pricy but definitely worth the $.

Tofu - if you get firm or extra firm, stick it between two plates and place something heavy on it...it takes on flavor much better once the liquid has been drained from it.

You're probably eating too little, and should really follow the calorie guidelines MFP sets. I'm 5'2" and am eating approximately 1500 calories per day and am losing weight consistently. You can experiment though. Some days I eat more, some days less, but never go under 1200 NET calories per day. Eat the calories MFP tells…
