Thanks to everyone that's replied I have heard coffee and olive oil works but also read using a brush with nobbles on works, by massaging lotion in using it before a shower, blast the area with cold water after the shower then lotion again, I'm trying this method at the moment. Hi thanks for the advise, I am 46 years old, 4` 11", weigh 117lb, I work out 2/3 Times a week, burning roughly 250 calories, I'm currently on 1200 calories a day, but do nit consume that amount. Hope this helps with answering my previous question?

Hi I'm the same height and weight as you, I am 46 though, 2 year's ago I weighed 7 stone would like to get back to that weight, people tell me I dint need to lose weight but I'm nit happy with how I look, I'm logging my food and going to the gym 2-3 Times a week, good luck, let me know how you get on.
