Expecting a hot Christmas here so we'll have prawns, cold meat and salad. Only naughty thing will be the pudding and I'm planning on a walk in the afternoon or at least a Zumba Wii hit. I walk at 6.5kph and at a 6.5% incline I burn around 100cal per 10mins I've seen people next to me jogging/running at 10kph with no incline who a) don't run for as long as I walk and b) don't burn cals at the same rate. Each to their own though. Kudos to people who can manage to run I say!

Hey, Another Aussie here. New to the site. Hoping to be smoking hot by my 40th in February. One week in and 2.7k loss in the first week.. Weigh in again on Monday so hoping for another good loss.
