When I first start I weighed in at 175 lbs size 13. Now I'm a 12 but I'm at 162 lbs. Trying to get down to 150-140 lbs by the end of this year

I started mine Fri n usually the first 3 days are bad with cramps but yes I do workout. Of course the scale isn't my friend from being bloated and what not but yea it actually helps with the cramps

I completed my first day of level 4 of RI30 thought I was going to die but I made it through. 4 more days to go

I'm not doin measurements til the end of the 90 days but I lost a total of 7 lbs in phase 1. I just start phase 2 Monday

I'm just finishing up killer abs level 1 today. I got a free 6 mnth subscription to her website and it list all of her dvds and how many cals u burn with each level. Except killer abs cuz it just came out but I log it under circuit training general 30 mins.

I forgot I finished my last day of 30 day shred on the 24th. I lost 5 lbs. I don't know bout inches cuz I didn't take my measurements. I started at 175 lbs and end at 170 lbs

Same goes for me I'm 26 no bf or kids never been married. The men I dated were never good. So I just let it be I decided if I'm meant to find someone it will happen in its own time and if I've meant to be single then that's fine with me less stuff to deal with for the most part

Day 5 of level 3 is complete. Tomorrow is a rest day for me just to give myself a day of recovery. I can tell I'm getting strong in my arms

Yea I agree. Cuz I've done 15 days so far. An my coworkers noticed I am losing weight but I'm sure watching what I eat alot with this program is helping. I may not be losing pounds but I think I'm losing inches

Today is day 5 and that's done. So tomorrow is my rest day then I'll start days 6-10 thursday

I just finished day 4 of level 2 and it's gettin so much easier as far as the cardio goes. I'm feeling better tomorrow is day 5 and then Wed is my rest day before I do the other 5 days of level 2

Day 2 of level 2. I have noticed that I can do the advanced move that natile does for strength training where u walk down and do a push up. That shows me that I've gained sum strength. Still the circuit 1 cardio the squat thrust I have to do the modified version. The oblique twist in circuit 2 kill me but I push thru them…
