I do lol thats why I dont drink my cals anymore. I can save a couple hundred a day doing that and get a good snack in plus the water flushes the **** out for better weight loss

Try packing snacks and lunches. Subway can get you so many ways and remember your body will hit a wall if you get into a routine

Me too! Dont pay any attention! sugar from natural foods is good for you! Remember 100 cals of chicken breast is way different than 100 cals in a twinky! Dont worry about your clean foods!

I was doing 1200 for 2 lbs and hit a wall. Upped to 1400 because I work out (I do 4 lbs a week this way) but the most important thing is eat as clean as possible. The cleaner you eat the more you can eat and the more weight you will loose. I burn 200-400 cals a day doing cardio and strength about 5-6 days a week. change…

Yeah I think so.I saw this and thought "WTF is she talking about." Then I felt bad about myself and the fact that I have been trying to get over the 200 hump in to onderland then questioned my eating habits and decided to work out. Ive lost 11 lbs but its far from where you are. Be happy your not in my position....
