Me! Me! Me! I followed strict paleo for nearly three years and then took a break. I am getting back on right now. Still eating limited dairy (basically just Greek yogurt), but hoping to phase that out in the next month or so.

Roast that puppy at 375-400 for 1 hr and 20 minutes--prick it with a fork first and throw it on a cookie sheet. Once it has cooked, take it out of the oven and cool it down until it's easy enough to slice lengthwise. Have at it with a fork--pull it apart and you will see spaghetti right before your very eyes! I love to fry…
