  • i actually bought the no more trouble zones to alternate between the two. the key is to not just do the workout and once its over not do anything. im probably going to buy a different dvd or start biking since it will be summertime. i think as long as you keep active you wont get all soft again. and why not start it over…

  • my husband and family are very outspoken so they dont hold anything back. nothing has ever been said directly to me but if i hear them talking about other people that i feel are my size or bigger i get very offended and sad. my nephew did say one thing to me this past winter. i had just begin my WLJ and i was wearing my pg…
  • hang in there jenjaz. thats exactly where i was at the first two weeks of 30ds. i lost only inches and no pounds. but there was definite change going on. pants looser around my waist and legs. i felt stronger. you are building muscle right now. so even if you dont lose pounds you are gaining muscle which is leaner than…

  • I fully understand what a pound is. maybe...i didnt word it correctly or as in depth as some. yes a pound is a pound. muscle is more dense. i am pretty sure that everyone understands that a pound of fat is equal to a pound of muscle. just less dense. :)
