she says to move on when you feel ready too. believe me it gets easier. we moved on around 10 days of level one.

did you try maybe doing it a day or two more in a row and then maybe one day of cardio all together? i did level 1 8 days in a row and i wasnt sore after day3. i started level 2 this morning and am feeling a tad sore but i know by my 3rd day i wont. keep sticking to it. hope the soreness goes away.

well muscle weighs more than fat. so as you gain muscle from doing the workout you lose fat but since its lighter it wont budge the pound #.

i started it on the 12th of march. i have not lost any pounds but i have lost inches. i started level 2 this morning. it is tough but once your endurance builds up its not that bad. i lost 2-3 inches on each thigh so far and an inch on each calf. an inch around my waist and hips also. i like it.

hi ladies.....i will be doing L1D8 tonight. not seeing much weight loss but have lost a pound in both thighs and calves and 1/2 inch on both waist and hips. so that is something to be happy about. lol. i am looking to lose 20-30 pounds total. ill take 20 but 25 would be nice too. nice to meet you all and good luck!

yesterday would have been my day 8 of level 1. i took the day off for rest. i had done it 7 days in a row and didnt see any loss of pounds but i did lose an inch from each thigh and calves, and half an inch around my waist. i def feel stronger and less out of shape than when i began. i am kind bummed that i am not seeing…

so i decided to skip a day yesterday...my body was telling me i should rest so i did. tonight i may do a level 1 and a level 1 a few hours apart just for skipping. lol. i dont feel guilty i just needed rest and i am kinda excited to do level 2

Day 5 complete. Not sore anymore and.still sweating a ton. I feel like I look thinner but im not surei am gooing to remeasure on day ten. Hoeveryone

completed level one day 2 last night. i was not as out of breath and used hand weights this time....i didnt have them the first night. i am more sore today but its a good sore. i am feeling so motivated. keep up the good work ladies.
