  • I saw them both under cardio, but is it correct to count burning 120 calories in 35 minutes? It doesn't really feel like you are doing anything.
  • L1 - D6 is done and I wanna go it again. For those who aren't friends with me, I finally timed the workout and it is 26:45 so I'm counting it as 27 minutes.
  • L1 - D5 is done... I know I'm way behind, but hopefully I can get caught up. I also did a 35 minute yoga dvd off of netflix and it has made a huge difference in my lower back pain.

  • I didn't workout today. I have been grocery shopping and running errands all day, which is a workout in itself. Hopefully I can squeeze in 2 workouts tomorrow to make up for it.
  • I give myself cheat days. For instance I don't get to go out very often, so when I do I eat and drink what I want.   • I like my fiance's gotee, but only when it's trimmed. He wants to grow it out long and thick and I like it to be more like 1/2 inch long. I don't like him clean shaved or with a close cut gotee, they just don't work for him.
  • D1 - D2 is done!!! It was surprisingly already a little easier then yesterday. My shoulders are sore from yesterday, but not too bad. I hate the side lunges, they always hurt.
