Anyone done virtual runs?
I want to do virtual runs to mark milestones in my weightloss journey. I hit my first 10 pounds today and looking at the available runs is overwhelming trying to figure out. I'm also not trying to break the bank doing this.

I had my gallbladder removed almost 5 years ago. Before I started having issues with it I had lost 19 pounds after having my 2nd child. Now, 5 years later I am still struggling to lose the weight. Flavoring Coffee
I read about someone putting cinnamon and nutmeg in the coffee ground to flavor their coffee. I've never thought about doing this but it sounds delicious. Anyone else add flavor to your coffee other then cream/milk/sugar?

Are there any healthy recipe websites that don't use fat free stuff as their way to make everything healthy? I'm trying to keep with real food but find healthier ways of cutting fat and calories.

Salad dressing
What is a good low fat and calorie salad dressing? I LOVE homemade buttermilk ranch and that is all I ever eat except for the occassional ceaser. The ranch is probably my biggest problem! My whole family loves and and we use it way too much.

What works best?
I know there is no miracle to weight loss. I have JM's 30DS, 6W6P, NMTZ, BFBM. I also also have netflix. I am planning a vacation for the end of May and would like to maximize my results and be able to wear a swimsuit by then. Any recommendations on what would give better fat loss?
