What works best?

I know there is no miracle to weight loss. I have JM's 30DS, 6W6P, NMTZ, BFBM. I also also have netflix. I am planning a vacation for the end of May and would like to maximize my results and be able to wear a swimsuit by then. Any recommendations on what would give better fat loss?

    Eating a clean, healthy diet while maintaining a reasonable calorie deficit. Do cardio exercise six days per week; intense enough to get your heart rate elevated to 75-85% of max HR for around 30 minutes. Do full-body workouts lifting heavy weights three days per week with a day of rest in between.
