Not sure if it will help much, but try wearing 2 sports bras. It helps with some of the bounce.

I eat these alot too. I roast some chicken breast is various seasonings and then cut up. You can also add a splash of low sodium soy sauce to totally change the flavor. Grilled cheese with fat free cheese wheat bread and ham it very good too.

I would think that doing HIIT on the treadmill is your best option out of the choices given.

I tried on the 10's this morning and they fit. Still a tough tight, but they should be perfect by Thanksgiving instea of Christmas. My new goal is to be in single digits by the first of the year.

Exactly! It's commonsense to watch the workout and try the moves AFTER you heard the explination of form and what not to do. If you aren't comftorable with jumping jacks you obviously shouldn't be doing them and need to look up an alternative. I was a 14 a month ago, now I'm a 12. I went shopping last week for jeans and couldn't find any that fit 'right' I tried a 12 and they were too loose, and a 10 was too tight. I bought the 10 and intend to fit into comfortably by Christmas.

Honestly, you don't want to start logging stuff you do on a regular basis such as vaccuming. Unless you are spending several hours veccuming and working up a sweat, it is just an excuse to not exercise. You can google exercise calculators that may help with other activities (and vaccuming).

I do this too! It's motivaiting to me to see how the previous day affected my weight. If my weight is the same or even higher then the day before it makes me want to work that much harder today so that I can see a change tomorrow. This doesn't work for everyone, but it is my prefered way of doing it.

Try doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. It is 20 minutes of circuit training and will be a huge help to your endurance. The entire workout is 27 minutes and you could do another 20-30 minutes of walking/jogging/etc along with it.

I log housework whenever I do something more then my normal routine. Such as when I do my son's room and have to move the bunk beds and clean out from under them and the dressers. I can work up a good sweat cleaning his room.

You may not be eating enough. Try upping your calories for a week and see if that helps any.

I would rotate them every other day and take 1-2 days a week off. This would be my routine if I wasn't too out of shape to do more then 3 circuits. There is also a 30 day challenge that I found a couple years ago (you could try googling it), but it used 30DS, BFBM, and NMTZ and had a 30 day workout schedule. HTH!

You will just have to start making yourself get up 30 minutes earlier each morning. I looked up up and average weight gain around TOM in 1-6 pounds. I am a bad habit of weighing everyday and started gaining the day before and now on day 2 I've up 1.2 pounds. Although I ate horribly yesterday which I'm sure is part of the .2 I went up just since yesterday.
