Thanks, Jess. I alternate more ( healthy) calories and less calories and I can't seem to budge the scale. Besides almost finishing P90X, what else can I do to shake things up?? LA

Me too--- try herbal tea with a little skim milk and sugar-free jello. Then I brush my teeth and try to go to sleep!

Today is Day 85 for me---- I am very frustrated. I have been faithful with the exercise and definitely have gotten stronger, but have only lost 2 pounds!!! Why?? I make air-popped popcorn ( with an old fashioned air popper!) and spray it with "I Can't Believe its Not Butter" spray butter and sprinkle it with some salt--- very satisfying if you need a salty crunchy snack! And lots of fiber!
