  • You know the answer, you said it yourself: there is no magic pill. I haven't tried Sensa because I know these "weight loss in a bottle" companies are almost always out for two things: your money and your contact info so they can sell it to other companies. I can almost guarantee once you sign up and figure out the product…
  • Pizza is a vegetable according to congress, soo I say she's proud of you and is encouraging you to keep eating healthy.
  • I agree with this. If you keep drinking after your urine has turned clear, it's no longer benefiting you and you're just putting unnecessary stress on your kidneys. Also, water intoxication is very real and can kill you. When your body tells you to stop, STOP.
  • I always over estimate food and under estimate exercise, that way there's no doubt as to whether I'm actually within my goals or not.
  • Well, I lost 21 pounds and I'm only six weeks into this thing, so I say it's totally doable. Although, everyone is different...
  • Don't be bummed, this happens to a lot of people. Your body just needs time to readjust. Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll lose that weight in no time. It's really awesome that you quit, keep it up!!
  • Me too. If I'm not sore, I feel like I haven't accomplished anything.
  • Ok, I didn't realize folks around here were writing "bump" to use as a bookmark. They're misusing the word if that's the case. I was referring to people who constantly bump up their own threads to get attention when it's clear the thread isn't going anywhere, that's what annoys me. But there are perfectly legitimate…
  • When a thread gets a new reply it will be pushed back to the top of the index so it gets seen by more people. People will often use this to their advantage and make some pointless reply (often "bump") to push the thread back to the top. It's kind of rude in my opinion.
  • Sounds about right to me. Potatoes have a surprising amount of calories...
  • Not sure if this would work with the standard "iPod type" earbuds, but with my JVC Marshmallows, I route the cord over the top of my ear so the cord tugs on my ear instead of the earbud.
  • FYI, if you're using a digital scale, some cheaper scales will continue to show the same number until your actual weight deviates from that number by a certain amount. You can try forcing it to give a more accurate weight by stepping on it while holding something fairly heavy, then step on again while holding nothing.…
  • Heh, that's pretty clever actually. Not at all shocking, most of these companies are as sleazy and deceptive as they come. They want your money and will tell you anything to get it. I wish more people would realize this. No such thing as a quick fix when it comes to losing weight!
