It would have been very difficult for me to lose 80lbs without aspartame. I like sweet drinks too much.
-
I prefer Coke Zero, it has the same flavor profile as regular coke (diet coke actually uses a totally different recipe).
-
Diet Mountain Dew. Tastes like the full sugar version to me.

I know you said you hate diet, but you really should give it another shot. If you drink a lot of soda, the calorie savings can be tremendous. Coke Zero is what helped ween me off, it doesn't have quite so much of a diet taste to it. I can't even drink regular Coke anymore, it doesn't taste as sweet and knowing how many…

I say get what you want. It's not something you do every day. Beef and broccoli, sesame chicken and cream cheese wontons are my faves. I usually skip the rice though, it's just too calorie dense for me.

It's the diet and exercise, don't waste your money.

Water, water flavored with a True Citrus packet, black coffee and the occasional diet soda. I was drinking like 6 cans of diet soda a day, but had to cut back because it would run right through me and severely dehydrate me in the process.

Black. I started a few months ago after realizing I was drinking 300 calories in creamer every day.
-
Potato chips! Pretty much one handful.

I just want to point out the inside of those cans are coated in a plastic epoxy. The metal isn't going to hurt you. You might grow a third arm from the BPA though... Wait, am I helping?

God, so many things. Pizza. So much pizza. I used to be able to eat an entire 20" pizza in an evening. Large bags of Doritos, boxes of Cheez-Its and packages of Double-Stuf Oreos would be gone in an afternoon. The worst, I would eat an entire 1lb bag of Mike and Ike candies in an evening. The sugar rush made me so jittery…

Friends/family didn't start commenting until I had lost around 30 lbs. I think that's when I started losing weight in my face, which can be very noticeable.

I love diet soda, and I think it tastes even better since I've reduced my sugar intake. I laugh when I read studies that link obesity with diet soda, then everyone runs around screaming that diet soda makes you fat. I think the more likely reason is people just tend to overeat when they think they're saving so many…

From what I've read, unless your doctor tells you to take one, multivitamins are money down the drain.
-
Sounds like a sugar crash to me. It's normal.
-
Sodium. Why is there so much salt in everything??
-
27 with 48 lbs to lose. Lost 52 already. Add me people!

Another vote for the Eat Smart Precision Plus. I've had mine for 4 years and love it, zero problems. But if you do get a bad one, I hear their customer service is great.
-
I've lost close to 50 lbs and my back doesn't hurt anymore! I have a bulging disc and it never occurred to me that weight loss would help take stress off of it. My doctor never mentioned it either, so I don't feel quite so stupid...
-
Have you anything from True Citrus? It's not bad. I've been living on black cherry limeade for the past 4 months.
-
But isn't this just water? Is it even possible to gain 3 lbs of fat over a weekend of splurging?
-
The only thing that worked for me was to not keep that kind of stuff in the house. Can't snack on it if it isn't there!
-
I like it, haven't grown a third arm or anything yet. Just don't go overboard or it gets bitter!
-
I really want a pop tart. I hate pop tarts...
-
Peeps. They're so disgusting they're somehow good. I can only eat a package a year, so that's a good thing.

I was at 20 as well. You'll never get your levels up by just going outside without sunscreen. Start taking a supplement. 5,000 units a day is a good place to start. I take 50,000 units a week because it's cheap and easy to remember. I definitely have more energy since starting this, not a life changing amount, but it's…

Bathroom scales aren't precision instruments. They number it gives you can very +/- 1lb depending on what it feels like. I highly recommend you only weigh yourself once a week. You're going to lose your mind if you keep this up.
-
I was doing it daily and was kinda addicted to it. I know fluctuations are normal due to water and whatnot, but it still kinda upset me when it went up (I'm human with stupid irrational human emotions). So I actually had to put my scale away to make sure I only do it once a week.

This is so true. $25-$100 can get you a pretty nice used bike.

Nothing. I'd go crazy if I denied myself anything. I have greatly reduced my consumption of high calorie drinks though. Mostly water for me now.
