How interesting. I did question whether to indulge in my calories added from exercise, and now I know. Thank you all.

I keep low calorie ice cream treats in the freezer that have about 35 calories each: fudge bars and popsicles. And it satisfies my desire for something good and sweet and for only a few calories. And, if you drink a big glass of water when the first pangs hit you, that'll help too.

When I make an omelet I use whatever leftover veggies I have. Or, if not, I'll use spinach. I keep little boxes of frozen spinach in my refrigerator. I've used asparagus. Actually, any green veggie would be fine. And, if you are a big cheese lover like me, get the 2% or lo fat variety. An egg substitute like Better than…
