  • We are going at the same exact time as you Andrea!!! I have started my second 5k No Boundaries training and Atkins at the same time. I think I need to go back to low fat for a bit because I am missing a lot of the things I need to keep my run intervals (like potatssium for leg cramps). Would like to be down another 15 lbs…
