Try 'Hint' water. It has fruit flavor but is not sweetend with any sugar. It is very good. I get the watermelon flavor. Very refreshing, especially in the heat.

Homemade cashew butter and apple slices/baby carrots. It is sooo good!

My favorite is homemade cashew butter (very easy to make) with apples or baby carrots. Just throw unsalted roasted cashews in a blender. Add salt as needed. Yummy!

Well, here is my take on the topic. I don't think as humans via evolution have the "chompers" for eating only plant food. We have teeth to tear flesh as well. I would rather eat meat that is without hormones to fatten it (than fatten me). I no longer have cravings for sugar or dairy. I find that I have tried more and…

I am 5'1. My goal weight is 118. Once I began participating in the Whole30 program, I noticed the weight start to fall off. Eliminating sugar and dairy has really helped. I found this works well with exercise. My calorie intake is 1200 calories but I exercise at least 90 minutes a day.
