I was in Huntington Beach after college for an internship (short lived, long story) but my time there was great! The people were great and I just loved the relaxed nature of the city, it wasn't "fake" like some parts of Cali can be. It's about a 40 minute drive to LA depending on traffic which is nice too.

Gavin is finally gone! I like him don't get me wrong but he so obviously didn't want to be there. Next week should be interesting, it's Motown week so Gladys better do awesome, it would be terrible to go home that week for her.

I have two belly dance workouts that really kick my a** ... one is a slim down cardio that covers every part of the body and the other is intense cardio that does the whole body but super kicked up. Both are on my workout plan for today! Can't wait!

As someone who runs a street team for a band ... do something very unique that reminds you of the artist! Compression Ware! That's the name of the brand from Old Navy. Don't go by the reviews. I'd order a size up in pants but they are really fantastic workout clothes.

Old Navy has a line of fitness clothes (I forget the name at the moment but it's right under Activeware) for both regular size and plus size. It really molds to your skin but not in a bad way plus it breathes really nice. I have one of the jackets and I love it, never rides up and is super comfortable.

I'm always clean and shaved regardless but I always make sure I'm extra nice down there for then. LOL It doesn't help that I personally know my OB, she grew up with my Mom and she's known me since I was born. It just makes things so weird but she's amazing so I can't complain too much.

I know goalies can lose up to 10 lbs per game from all the work so I can only imagine the calories you burn playing it.

I'm a Sabres fan too. I run the street team for the Goo Goo Dolls so I love just about everything from Buffalo including the Sabres. Ryan Miller is so amazing but I like that Crosby can get pucks past him. LOL

The "V" has got to be one of the sexiest parts of a man. I don't care if its super defined or just normal ... it is effin hot as hell. Good job on your hard work boys!
