Wow!! I see that too and i would think the moderator would delete them, they dont have anything to do with food, excercise, nutrtition or health!! Anyone will try to make something good, bad!! I NEVER even open or read it

I track my sodium as well as calories....I eat alot of lean cuisine and they are high in sodium so i eat half the lean cuisine and eat a salad...I dont want high blood pressure so im making sure i dont go over in the soduim dpt. I maybe go over 1 a week if that many.....

i eat sugar free jello, pudding, candy and i also eat honey roasted peanut butter or honey roasted peanuts...I dont really have night time munchies itts daytime munchies i have during WORK hours that i crave sugar munchies.

It depends on what you consider expensive, I buy jeans ranging from $20-$100, I would just go to different stores and try on a pair and if they fit good, feel good, money worth i would go with that.

Mon-friday i usually dont eat over 1200 calories and I dont burn my calories down, I am not to eat over 1300. When i excercise its usually around 700-900 i have eaten.

I weigh every day for tracking stats on another app...i only report my weigh in on Mondays :) It helps me stay on track, work harder and keeps me motivated!!
