i've been down to an 8 before...but on a very restrictive diet! so i will settle for a 10...that way there is some give/take in life! let's admit it, food is a part of life & to be enjoyed

if you are preparing from scratch you can make a recipe for it on your page. add what kind of potatoes you are boiling, any seasonings, milk/cream/etc, and butter along with the measurements. amount of servings it contains & then it will show you it's caloric value

congrats on the NSV! it's always great to be in a whole different size grouping in clothes!!! hang in there...the longer you do, the less chance those final pounds have of hanging around. side note: how is your dad now & is he at all interested in joining forces with you to loose weight?

the exercise has always puzzled me...but the huge weight losses in the short amount of time is what baffles me. if most doctors tell you a weight loss of 1-2# weekly is the healthy way to go...why isn't it for them too? i just don't get it
