I'd reccommend that you look for a place that sells gently used work out gear also check Craig's list, your daily classified and any place else in your area. I wish I had all of the workout equipment back that my wife and I have sold over the years. You can get some really good deals that way. Also for anyone with money…

Always check with the doctor but I think that losing the extra pounds helps your body to regulate temperatures better. I have noticed the same thing as my weight has dropped. I can wear a suit jacket all day without sweating, my office seems colder etc etc. Even my car heat seems to take longer to kick in. Oh well at least…

Good luck to you. I found it hard to start also but just kept going to the gym and now working out is just part of my day. I don't know that I love it yet but I do enjoy the pool after my workout and the sauna after that. Stick with it and come here to let us know how you are doing.:flowerforyou:
