congrats on making this great decision! i wish you the best of luck! i know this isn't quite the same, but starting tomorrow, i am cutting all sugars (except those found naturally in fruits and vegetables) out of my diet...so here goes the last piece of candy! (until Christmas, that is...). i know we can do it!

thanks guys! i am definitely a procrastinating-snacker (does that even exist?) i find that whenever i need to go clean or do homework i waste time by snacking instead.

if you can, i would start with the couch to 5k program. its 9 weeks long, and it will help you build up to running 3 miles. i did it, but i repeated a couple of weeks...i didn't finish but after a few weeks, i could definitely see a difference in my endurance! for stretching, i usually do it a little before, just to loosen…

ok thanks guys we found it. apparently a can of cleaning solution had exploded in our laundry room. i was afraid that an electrical wire was going to explode or something! yikes! thanks for the help:)
