I weigh in to track on Mondays but I weigh every morning, the same time and in the same clothing to keep myself accountable. It means I know what is "real" weight and what is water/other stuff.

Eat when you're hungry up to your cals allowed, including exercise cals. If you're not hungry, don't eat. Somedays I eat them back, some days I don't.

I love this with celery. I don't put the ranch in mine either but I always use low-fat cheese. I usually use boiled boneless skinless breasts that I shred by hand because I think the canned chicken gives it a slightly different flavour but I've been using the canned stuff more and more recently. i'm at 1200 cals before exercise. I try not to eat back my exercise cals but then it tells me I'm not eating enough. Today I saw a jump in the scale because I snacked and had beer last night after a bad day but usually the 1200 has been enough for me.
