  • Looks to me like you ate 2150 calories, going over your goal. If you had exercised, it would have come up in the 0 column and the net would have been 2150 (what you ate) - X you burned from exercise.

  • Lift weights or get P90X to do as well as Insanity. You need to burn the fat off your muscles as well as building the muscles to achieve definition. Insanity alone will burn fat but not really build muscles the way lifting weights will.

  • Surely you just enter your current weight as your original start weight, then set your ticker and then "check in" with your real current weight. It'll say you have lost 22lbs since your last weigh in and you'll see that number.
