~5'0" women - what's your target weight?

I'm curious to see what other women around my height are aiming for. My short-term goal is 120, long-term is 110.

    Hey! I am 4'11 and currently weight 113lbs. My goal is 112, but I'd really like to tone up and build a little muscle. Because I am so short and have lost 20lbs, I look "skinny" and don't want to look like a little girl. Ha ha.

    My loose goal in 110 - as I approach I will be focusing more on body composition, the mirror, fit of clothes, etc. than the actual number. I have a pretty small frame, so my "ideal" weight may be lower than that, but since I'd like to build muscle I don't think I'll rely on the number to feel good about myself.

    I am 5'1" with a target weight of 130 lbs. From there, I'll see if I want to be 125 lbs or 120 lbs. I don't think I'll go lower than that. :)

    Right now im doing Insanity (for the second time). And when I finish I will go back to lifting and some cardio.

    What about 4'11 :( My target is 95 lbs...
    I did the Military diet did not budge but only 2 lbs. So back to lowest carb not diet but away of life. Thats the only thing I have found to keep me on track. Stay away from processed foods....And back to excercising as well low impact...floor excercises.
  • I am 4'11 @ 104.5 and I want to be 95, this is because I have no muscle or tone to my body at all :( so hopefully losing weight and excercise will help me become lean :)

    I say I'm 5'0 but my doctor says I'm 4'11 and 3/4" ;) I joined weight watchers a while back and got to be a lifetime member at my highest weight without being overweight which 130. So that's my short term goal. Current weight is fluctuating between 143 and 147. My final goal is around 95-100. I'm not real set on the number though.. if I'm perfectly happy at 120, I'll stop losing (I just really think it'll be more like 100 based on my body type).

    I also read somewhere (at some point) that starting at 5'0, you start at 100 lbs and then add five pounds per inch of height to find a good ideal weight. So like :

    5'0 − 100
    5'1 − 105
    5'2 − 110
    5'3 − 115
    5'4 − 120
    5'5 − 125
    5'6 − 130
    5'7 − 135
    5'8- 140

    I'm not sure if it's even legitimate but it's always sounded pretty good to me lol.

    Hello Ultragirl!!! I agree, the numbers aren't that important. I'm aiming to reduce my bodyfat % rather than worrying about weight. I'm 5ft2, 25% bodyfat at the moment and weigh 145lbs. My goal is 130lbs...I think. :smile:

    I'm 4 ft 11 3/4(5 ft). I am pretty much at my goal weight(115) give or take a few lbs. i am now working toward toning/strengthening.

    My gw is around 105. I started at 134, got down to 106 and am back to 110. Anything below 110 has been really hard for me to stay at. I'm not really as concerned about a number at this point, I'd just like to look less "squishy." I'm small but still have a bit of a belly and some jiggly thighs going on.
