I make these often. They are soooo yummy! I put parchment paper down on a cookie sheet and use no oil. Believe me, so much oil comes out of the cheese it won't stick! Have to use a new sheet of parchment paper for each batch. You can season with a little cayenne pepper, or cajun seasoning, or garlic salt or powder. Delish!
