Hello SapphireMoon23 I was just diagnosed as pre-diabetic and I have high cholesterol, but unlike you my blood pressure is slightly elevated. I'm doing this on my own since my doctor only told me to watch what I eat and cut back on sugar and sweets. We can do this one day at a time
