Hi Erica, What has worked for me are the small changes I made: exercise 30 minutes per day drinking 6-8 glasses of water per day staying within my calorie range (tracking "EVERYTHING" I ate) this has helped me lose 35lbs (5lbs at a time). YOU CAN DO IT!!! Feel free to add me a friend, we can do this together.

This is my big problem, I have been at a plateau for months, I have made adjustments to meals, calories and exercise and I am still losing or gaining the same 2-3 lbs. :sad:

Stay away from the scales, you may be losing inches and not weight

I stay away from the scale, it is not my friend. I go closet surfing also and I feel so much better. Clothes are loose and some even fall off.
