Prior to my Lapband surgery I drank protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and lost 30 lbs. I still drink them but just not for both and not all the time. Bariatricchoice.com has; some good flavors you can try. They are great when blended with ice because it seems like you are getting more.

Try eating more often. Like between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. You will get some extra calories in that way. Don't give up you can do this.

Keep doing what you are doing. Maybe make a small change in your workouts or if you are eating the same foods mix it up a little.
