I think what I will be trying to do is... consume the calories given by MFP... then burn approx 200 calories two or 3 times a week. maybe stick to this for my first 4 weeks and see how that goes. My goal is 1Lb / week .. so this time next year I should be at my required weight :-)

I am going to say exactly the same thing !! Also, (years ago) while at WW I came to a standstill like that. When they checked my diary, there was very little fat intake. Have you cut your fat out too much aswell. I included some spreads... and lost just over 3Lb the following week !! Our bodies can do strange things…

Hiya, I know this is a long shot, but any comment could help.... I used to use PLJ (pure lemon juice). It's quite refreshing .....without added sugars. As a diabetic, I hate the aftertaste of most diet drinks.
