Time to invest in a punching bag!

So after getting back into the gym for the first time in a month (or more) I've been so sore and tired. Today I went in (after taking 2 days off) and I had the Best workout!!! I felt so much stronger and just so full of energy-those endorphins were flowin' and it encourages me to keep it up =) We can do it!

4x a week right now---> after watching biggest loser I want to up it to 6x! Their weight just melted off!

Today was the hardest day to go to the gym! My body is sore and tired and I really have to (sigh) work! Just did 30 on the tread of run/walk....felt better afterwards, but kinda already dreading tomorrow. Did you use the whole package on both? you could add the total calories and divide it by 20, or whatever the total muffin qty came out to be....

I'm exercising and my calories get bumped up because I worked out....what's that all about? I've never adjusted my diet because I work out before. I'm not doing lifting yet- just cardio. My cal's are supposed to be 1200 a day but w/ working out it's like 1500....that seems like a bit much. Please help =)

I just tried this out- very filling and healthy! 1 cup cooked kidney beans 1/2 tsp of pureed garlic 1/4 cup of white onions taco seasoning- to taste red pepper- to taste pepper- to taste 1tablespoon of olive/veg oil About 3/4 Cup water or stock- add as needed beyond that Heat oil and add onion,garlic until onion turns…

i'll put my two cents in- I get hungry at night for sweets and I make myself some hot oatmeal and put some ground flaxseed in it to sweeten it- it's very tasty AND it helps me go to sleep =)
