  • I had to up my calories from 1200 t0 1320 to get back on track. I lost 30lbs in 4 months then I lost nothing for 3. I think I was in starvation mode. Since I went up on my calories I have lost 5lbs and I not hungry all the time. I also added more fiber.
  • You burn a certain amount of calories every day just living. Do not worry about all that. Just watch the calories you consume and the exercises you do. Do not eat less than 1200 calories a day that is when your body goes into starvation mode.
