I went to the website you posted & found out that this cookie made as you posted is 475 calories, way to many for my calorie count. Maybe it can be revamped to be lower calorie ??

I am stuffing an over sized zucchini with extra lean ground beef ( can use any ground meat) mixed with chopped onion , garlic, several other spices, 1 egg, worshirster sauce. I put some nugget potatoes , & carrots ( hubby does not like zucchini) in roaster also .

I agree with this person , your calories for the day are probably too low. I was given the suggestion from MFP to stay at 1200 calories a day & I found it just too low & I was hungry all the time . So I upped it to 1450 calories & found it much better & not so hungry & I was losing 1-2 pounds a week when I stuck to that. I…

I dance to some lively CD's & incorporate some aerobic moves in with dance moves! Time just seem to fly when I am dancing & singing to the music!!

I am not a fan of vinegar dressings , I have always loved creamy ranch type dressings so I mostly make my own. Still enjoying our holidays in Hawaii. We swim 50 minutes every morning in the ocean & walk everywhere each day. But still enjoying the cuisine, so still not able to weigh myself, so we will see what the scale says when we get back home late on Oct. 18th.
